If you are not satisfied with your LAVIE HEIDI order, you can return your products within 30 days of when you placed the order to receive a refund. We will only accept items purchased on lavieheidi.com for a return; if your item(s) were purchased from unauthorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange a return. 

Note that previous shipping fees will not be refunded. Return shipping fee is FREE!

International Returns 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of U.S.

Exchanges Policy 

You can exchange your purchased goods. Note you are allowed 1 exchange on your original order.
